The Program Integrity Branch enhances Saskatchewan's reputation as the leading destination of choice for immigrants, by working to ensure the well-being and protection of the rights of foreign workers and other immigrants in the province.

The Program Integrity Unit takes all complaints and concerns from foreign workers seriously and is committed to investigating any complaints related to the mistreatment of foreign workers on a timely basis while protecting workers’ privacy and confidentiality. 

Your employer cannot deport you, cancel your work permit/resident visa, or terminate you for asking about your rights and responsibilities.  You do not need your employer’s permission to contact our office.  Your personal information will be kept confidential.
