It is up to the employer to cover the costs associated with recruiting and settling foreign workers. It is also up to the employer to decide how they want to recruit. Any costs associated with recruitment are at the employer's expense.
There is no fee for applying to the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP). However, once worker has been nominated for permanent residence, Citizenship and Immigration Canada will charge a fee to complete the process. Please visit CIC website for up to date fees. These fees are the responsibility of the employee to arrange payment of fees.
